Kibitzer's Corner
Dec-01-03  Lawrence: White was already in a bad way but 10.Nxe5 is like jumping from the frying pan into the fire. 11.f4 receives mate in 4 and 11.Bh6 receives mate in 5.
Aug-04-05  elahevad: Given a weaken castled position and the Black Queen on the prowl, White shouldn't have pounced on the hanged pawn so quickly!
Aug-25-08  just a kid: In the Alapin Gambit never play hxg4! as white!

GrahamClayton: 11. f3 to give the White king an escape square on f2 fails due to 11..g3, with the g-pawn covering f2.
