  hesyrett: The plan of 12...Rh4 and 13...g6 looks too slow. More to the point is 12...Bc5 with the idea of ...Qb6. One possible continuation is (12...Bc5) 13. Bb5 Qb6 14. Be3 Kf8! 15. Bxc6 bxc6 16. Qd2 Qxb2 17. Ne6+ Kg8! 18. Bd4 Bxd4 19. Qxd4 Rb8! with advantage to Black.
Jan-30-06   Cryptic: Hmmm, not sure about <29. Qxc6> !?

Is 29. Rh1 stronger, with the idea 29... Rxh1 30 Qg7#?

Not much black can do, even 29... Qc4 (with threat of 30... Qxc2#) is refuted with 30 Qh8+ Rxh8 31. Rxh8#

Jan-30-06   de schaar: it's 29. Rh1 Rxh1# :p

white shouldn't try that...

Jan-31-06   Cryptic: Thanks <de schaar> I was so engrossed I honestly overlooked that! :)
