It is hard to believe Black won this looking at that. But White insisted on throwing away tempi the whole game. I really don't see the point of the b3/b4 two step. 15. b4 to begin with was fine. The overprotection of the f4 Knight wasted some of the LSB moves, and then moves the Knight to trade Bishops anyway? 29. a3 was a total waste of a move. 29. Nc3 there and I think White wins. The Knight dance to b5 after Ka2, and then right back to c3 was another 2 tempi wasted.
