Feb-17-12		optimal play: 30.e4! is a very good move by Thomas, attacking the Rook en prise on a7 and threatening d6 or xf6+ I'm not sure 30...f7 was the best response? Maybe a6 or even d7 would have been better? In any event after 35...xg7 White certainly has the superior game but it still appears playable for Black. Perhaps it was another case of resigning in annoyance after playing a weak move?
