Benzol: I don't think white can do anything about the threat of 42...R5c2.
Feb-15-07   Articcircle: Very intresting game, but I think 40.Qd8? was bad move. 40.Qd7! or 40.Qe6! are much better. White has good drawing chances.
Feb-16-07   Articcircle: According to Larsen, 31...Kg4! was much better.

computer chess guy: White missed 33. Qh8!, which is completely winning. The immediate threat is h4+, a check for which the only answer is Qxh4. But giving up material can only postpone mate, not avoid it: White in fact has a forced mate in all variations after Qh8.
Mar-21-08   offramp: 36...Qg4 is an amazing move - even though the only alternative is to resign.
Mar-21-08   moronovich: A much more dangerous joney by Larsens king , than the famouse one of Short against Timman.
Kudos to Larsen and an old dream of his come true.
Jul-26-08   ravel5184: Now this is real chess!
May-15-09   Kinghunt: I think white can draw with 40. Qe6!
May-26-09   MikedaSnipe: First I went "What's with the crazy opening?"
Then I went "Oh it's bent larsen."
