Sep-19-06   Chicago Chess Man: It seems to me that Werle may have won this game had he not played 24 ... axb3??

After simply fxg, I don't see an instant winning move for white, whereas black's attack looks vicious.

On second thought, after fxg, white would probably play Rh8+, and if KxR, Qf7 looks winning. If Kg7, then Rgh1 will win. It seems now that white stays one winning tempo ahead of black no matter what.
