  Dindo: It seems white has a positional advantage. My guess is black is in time trouble. Otherwise I consider a resignation prematurely.

  pulsar: After 37.Raa1 black threatens gxh5+ winning. Sample lines: 37...gxh4 38.Rxh4+ Kg5 39.Kg3 followed by Rh5 is mating; if 38...Kg7 40.Rh7+ Kg8 [or else the b8 rook drops] 41.Rah1 also threatens mate.

Now, if Black will move 37...Rcb7 then 39.hxg5 + Kg7 40.Rh7 Kg8 (40...Kf8 41.Be6 followed by Rah1 is mating) 41.Rah1 wins for White too.
