tpstar: Cute notes, Mr. Heisman, although 53. Rb8# was quicker for White.
Sep-18-04   azaris: Can someone explain the story behind this game that apparently merits its inclusion in the database?

chessgames.com: Sure, chess instructor Dan Heisman annotated one of his own games from his youth and gave the game to us for publishing. We've received many more like it that we will insert into the database when we get the time.
Mar-15-05   Rama: Heisman annotates: "A mistake?" I wish I could find some of my early unrated game scores.

Dres1: Im not trying to be a dick, but i dont think the database should be diluted with such bad games. How can we put any stock in the percentages given by the opening explorer when this is what it has as data.
Nov-02-06   spreadsanity: <Dres1> It's of historical interest. There are also games which may or may not have been played by Napolean in the database, and the earliest known game to be recorded- should they be removed too? When analysing the database it's best to filter out the games of weaker players, to avoid them polluting the analysis.
May-18-07   Hamza Naufil: A cute idea to include weaker games to suggest the hiccups a young player could experience in early stages.
