  Honza Cervenka: 24.Qb2 was a blunder but black missed simple and crushing 25...Rcxc2 and after next inaccuracy (26...Nxe3? instead of 26....Rxc2 27.Qxc2 Nxe3) lost the game quickly. I guess that the game was played in a blindfolded simul.
