Phony Benoni: A surpsing game. As you play through it, White seems to be making all the running. 21.e6 is a humorous move, exploitng an unusual pin of the rook on b6.

Even when White loses a piece it looks like it might be a sacruifice, as he seems to have plenty of play. Then Black delivers one little check--and suddenly HE has a forced mate! (<32.Kh1 Qf1+ 32.Kh2 Qg1+ 33.Kg3 Qf2+ 34.Kg4> (34.Kh2 Bf4+ 35.Kh1 Qf1#) <Qf4+ 35.Kh5 g6#>)

Schlechter was not one to be trifed with.
