Oct-02-07   balloo: I really like this site, but is there any way to prune these kinds of games from the database? Games with 1700 rated players that miss simple tactics really aren't very useful.

Dec-19-07   Chicago Chess Man: I played a game that followed this exact line until white played 18. Rxe8 Rxe8 19. f3 Bh3 20 Qf2 and I went on to lose (i was playing black). Does anybody know how black can maintain the pressure in this line?

Try 19...Re1+! 20.Kf2 Bh3 . (18.Rf1, sacking the Exchange, is a better move.)
