  Mateo: Instead of 26. Ke1, white could win a pawn. 26. Ra1 Nb4 27. Rcc1 Na6 28. b4 Ra4 29. Bb7 and next Bxa6 and bxc5. I think this a winning rook ending for white.

  Mateo: And after white played 26. Ke1 (?!), why black did not play 26...Rc7? As now, on 27. Ra1 Na6 28. b4 Ra4, white cannot play 29. Bb7.

Mateo: Again I cannot understand why white did not play the simple 27. Ra1 winning a pawn.
