  tpstar: ChessBase 8.0 confirms this gamescore and result = 30. Qxe3 Rxf3 1-0.

I think Black miscalculated, as White wins material with 31. Qe2: 31 ... Rxf2 32. Rxf2 Qxe2 33. Rxf8+ Kxf8 34. Nxe2, or 31 ... R3f4? 32. Qxg4, or 31 ... Rxc3?! 32. Qxg4 Rxf2 33. Qxg6+ Kh8 34. Qh5+ Kg8 35. Qg4+ Kh8 36. Qh4+ & 37. Qxf2, or 31 ... Qg2+ 32. Rxg2 fxg2+ 33. Kxg2 Rxf1 34. Qxf1 trades down to a won endgame. Maybe Black should have waited for 31. Qe2 to resign, giving White a chance to grab the Rook and lose. =)
