The reply 35...Rd8! 36. d5 Bxe3! wins as in the game, while the alternative 35...Rd8! 36.Kxf3 Rxd4 37.Ke2 Rd8 38.b4 Kxh2 39.Ng4+ Kg2 40.Bxb6 axb6 41.Nxf6 Kxg3 42.Ke3 Rh8–+ is also decisive for Black.

Mar-21-05		patzer2: Instead of <33.Kd3?!>, Topalov might have held the position with 33.Ke3! Kg4 34.h3+! Kxh3 35.Kxf3 Rd8 36.f5! h5 37.a4 Rb8 38.Nb4 Bxd4 39.Bxd4 Rxb4 40.Bxf6 Rxa4 41.Be7 Ra1 42.Bc5! Ra5 43.b4! Ra3+ 44.Be3 Ra6 45.Bd4 Ra3+ 46.Be3 Ra6 47.Bd4 Ra3+ 48.Be3=, which is a draw by threefold repetition (based on a move-by-move look with Fritz 8 @ 16 depth). P.S. It's amazing how Anand can find positions that are difficult for computers and super GMs, even in Blindfold play. Arguably, he has the most natural ability and talent of any modern day GM.
