plang: This highly-theoretical line is sometimes called the Uogele variation after the Lithuanian correspondence player. 20 Qc5 was new though iy doesn't seem to be an improvement over the previously played 20 Nf4. 21..Rd6?! was too optimistic leading to trouble for Black; after 21..Bxb2 22 axb..axb 23 Nf4..Qd6 24 Nfd5 the position would have remained balanced. After 22..Qa2?! 23 Nc8! Black was already lost; 22..Qf6 was an alternative. 24..Bxb2 would have been answered by 25 axb..Rxb4 26 Nd5! and White would have generated a winning attack.
