Kibitzer's Corner
Feb-04-06  Mate Hunter: I think 8...Qxc4 wasn't a good move.
May-17-06  SJP: 8...Qxc4 seems ok to me; the mistake's 9...Qe6 in my book. 9...Bf8 is better.
May-17-06  SJP: This position actually occurred in a game I played a few years back:

Pinder - Bhogal
Walsall 2001

King's Gambit Accepted; Classical

Mar-22-07  MasterSavely: nice... sacrificed a bishop in the beginning then he gets his rook and and queen later on for a knight and rook so white lost knight+bishop+rook=11 points
black lost rook+queen=15
Oct-29-07  sneaky pete: Another odds game. White sacrificed Ra1 at move 0.
Jun-27-09  just a kid: The a1-rook may have moved to a0...
Jan-30-15  JimmyVermeer: The FEN is invalid. It says White could castle with the queen's rook but there is no queen's rook.
Jan-30-15  disasterion: <JimmyVermeer> It's usual in rook odds games to allow the side giving the odds to castle on both sides - so white can castle queen side by just moving the king from e1 to c1.
