Kibitzer's Corner
Oct-16-05  Knight13: I think Black resigned because he can't stop Rf3-Rg3# after ...exf5. Or eles he loses a piece.
Oct-17-05  beatgiant: <Knight13>
<Or eles he loses a piece.> What is the line where he only loses a piece? I don't see a way to avoid mate in a few moves, not even by 16...Qxf5 17. Rf3 Qg6 18. Rg3 Qxg3 19. hxg3, and White's threatening Kf2 followed by Rh1, etc.

If Black doesn't take the bishop, of course White's threatening both Qh7# and Bh7+.
