I found the 'solution' Qb3 with white to play, that would have walked straight into Bg1 which I had completely missed. If you hear nothing of me in the coming weeks it might be that I walked under a bus, that I was meant to be catching. |

Rd8+ Kf7 35. Qb3+ Ke7 36. Qxe3+ Kxd8  (-9.69 @ 22 depth, Deep Fritz 15) which is also winning. For a White improvement, I'd ditch 13. b4 e5 = (-0.21 @ 29 depth, Komodo 10.2) in favor of the more popular move 13. Nc3 = (0.19 @ 23 depth, Houdini 4) as in Navara vs M Harshkou, 2015 (which transposes from 12. Nc3 0-0 13. a3 =). According to the opening explorer at
http://www.chessgames.com/perl/ches..., Black has won six games out of seven after 13. b4 and the last time a Master tried it was in 2008. That's enough reason for me not to avoid 13. b4 in favor of 13. Nc3 or 12. Nc3. |

The café owner must have kicked the chess-players out (as business-minded people tend to do eventually) because now they play chess right next to the tennis courts (on the l'Orangerie side). |
