Jan-03-06		Jaymthetactician: Is 4...Ne4?! sound at all? Better is 4...Nd7 5.e3,Bb4 6.Bg5,0-0 Zappa played really good game here, and again Crazy Bishop with his queenlosses. I wonder if a 1900 player using the Latvian gambit could defeat it?

Jan-03-06		aw1988: How can you play Bg5 after e3? I assume you mean 5. Bg5 Bb4 6. e3. And no, 1900 players rarely beat strong computers.

Jan-05-06		Jaymthetactician: I was refering to a 1900 defeating Crazy Bishop. And yes I meant your line. But is 4...Ne4 sound? Looks like a begginner move to me. Crazy Bishop just looks to lack basic positional understanding and goes for mindless tactics and will happily play on equivalent to down a whole piece without compensation.
