Trading down looks right, but Black still wins: 35 Rxg3 Nxh2! 36 Rxh2 Rxh2+ 37 Rg2 Qg4+! 38 Kf2 Qg3+ 39 Kg1 Rxg2+ 40 Qxg2 Qxd3 . From here 41 Qg4! is a last trap, perpetualing after 41...Qxd2?, yet 41...Qxe4! 42 Qe6+ Bf6! still wins for Black.
