EmperorAtahualpa: Amazing game and brilliant victory by Anand! Quite some complications here...I will need to study this game more deeply.

aazqua: Bizarre. Anand wins two games by trading a rook for a minor piece and a trapped minor and then demonstrates to the computer that the bishop pair + rook dominates the rook pair in the endgame. Odd. Neither game ran to completion?
Oct-17-11  Chessfugitive: This is a little unfair to the computer. The final material (not positional) evaluation is 14 pawns to 13 pawns. Is it still near impossible to strike a balance between the combinations of pieces and their evaluations in computer chess? For e.g the Rook Knight and pawn vs queen or 2 rooks vs queen or 3 minors vs queen etc.
