  Touch of Knight: I don't think we have seen many positions in which the king is surrounded by 8 empty squares after just 11 moves! It can't be easy to defend when you have been totally stripped!

  sisyphus: From the amount of time León used on his fifth move, I imagine 5. g3 was unfamiliar to him. 5....O-O or 5....Bg4 are preferable.

  al wazir: I wouldn't have seen that white had a mate in three with 27. Rh7+. Leon Hoyos didn't see it either.
Feb-13-06  ReikiMaster: <Touch of Knight> Yes, black kingside is full of "hoyos". A rare finishing position where black has a choice of being mated by two different moves of the same knight.
