Feb-28-06   Helloween: Beautiful opening play and combinations set up by Guseinov here. Taking the Queen loses to Rb1+, Bf5+ and R8b2#.
Mar-01-06   TimLo: It's late here, but I don't see the finish after 25. Kf2

Mar-02-06   Jafar219: Wow! Just perfect!
Mar-02-06   Saruman: If 25.Kd3 c4+ 26.Kxc4(26.Kc2 Qb2#) Rc8+ 27.Kd3 Rc3#.

  ahmadov: <TimLo: It's late here, but I don't see the finish after 25. Kf2> I think 25.Kf2 Qe1+ 26.Kg1 Qxf1+ 27.Kh2 Qxh1+ 28. Kg3 Qxh5 and Black is one rook up and has obvious advantage.

  notyetagm: 21 ... Qxc3+!!, what a move!

22 bxc3 Rb1+ 23 Kc2 Bxf5+ 24 Rd3 R8b2# if the Black queen is taken.

A beautiful exploitation of the <pinned> White b2-pawn. This pawn must block the b-file to neutralize the Black b6- and b8-rooks and at the same time it must defend the c3-knight. And as Reinfeld liked to say, no man can serve two masters.
