Dec-29-11		plang: 4 g4!? had been introduced by Zvjagincev a few years earlier and has scored pretty well when it has been used. 6 h4 was a new idea; Timman's recommendation was 6 Qb3. 12 Nd2?! allowed 12..Bh2; 12 0-0-0 looks preferable. Perhaps 24 Nf3 or 24 Nc2 were improvements for White. 27 cxd? lost quickly but after 27 Re3..Rh4 28 Bg3..Rg4 Black still would have had a large advantage.
