Chessical: An energetic display of the Pirc's potential by Black.

<12.Qd2> needs to be followed up by <13.Bc4+> Kh8 14.d5; as played <13...Nf5> gives Black the initiative as his Knights come acrobatically alive on the K-side.

After <19...Nxg2!> 20.Kxg2 Bh3+ 21.Kg1 Qg4+ 22.Bg3 <Be3+> seems to let White off the hook - why not take the Rook immediately?

<30.gxf4?> loses whilst <30.Rd1> seems to hang on, i.e. <30.Qe5> 31.Nxf4 Rxf3 32.Kxf3 g5 33.Qb4 gxf4 34.gxf4 Qh5+ 35.Kf2
