Ulhumbrus: 19..g6 disturbs the King side pawns without necessity. Instead of this, 19..Rad8 contests possession of the d file without delay. An ending favours Black's B, and perhaps the middlegame as well, if Black can catch up in development.

Ulhumbrus: Instead of 20...Bd6, 20...Rad8 offers an exchange of Rs. Perhaps Negi thinks that White can do nothing with the d file.

Ulhumbrus: 24 ...Bxa3 gains a pawn but gives White time for a Q side attack based on Qa4 and then c4 threatening c5. If Black lacks time for this capture, 24...Ne5! may lead to an advantageous ending.

Ulhumbrus: This seems a good example of how a pawn capture can give the opponent too much time. White had an advantage in development and occupation of the d file even before the capture. The additional time which White gained enabled her to gain the pawn back and a winning attack thereafter.
