plang: 8 Ng5 was new though the idea has been played in similar positions. It is playable but risky for Black to castle kingside here. Morozovich outplayed Khalifiman in the complications starting with 23 Ne5!?. Morozovich recommended 24..Ka8 with an unclear position; 24..Nxf3? led quickly to a difficult position. After 25..Qxf3? Black was lost; 25..Kc7 or 25..Rc8 would have been better.
