Jul-26-07  wanabe2000: Interesting try with 57.Kg5 but Korchnoi, by using the King's opposition, holds the draw.
Aug-03-07  Peter Johnson Ng: The white King is trapped. Ha Ha!

kevin86: A remarkable ending:black's king can hem in the white king while the bishop can hold back two pawns while the kings (plural) can hold back the other two.
May-21-09  shalgo: A fascinating endgame. I have been trying to find improvements for White.

In particular, I think that 59.Kg5! wins. This move keeps the White king in the game and positions it to support the advance of the f-pawn.

For example:

59...Bc8 60.f4+ Ke6 61.Kg6 Ke7 62.f5. I don't see how Black can hold back all of the White pawns.

If Black sends his king over to the c-pawn, then White can win as follows:

59...Bd7 60.f4+ Kd6 61.Kxh5 Kxc7 62.Kg5 Kd6 63.Kf6.
