Oct-17-07  Bobak Zahmat: Carlsen plays great attacking game, but how can Pentala make such a huge blunder?! The last of White protects the pawn! Damn.
Oct-17-07  dabearsrock1010: Yeah its like theyre playing blind or something
Oct-17-07  centercounter: Do you not know the importance of creating an outside passed Pawn? Certainly worth a Queen!

tpstar: This is the first database game with 8. Be2 instead of 8. Qe2 Opening Explorer and note Karpov vs Korchnoi, 1971 But I wonder if White could safely swipe the Pawn with 10. Qxd5; 10 ... Nf6 11. Qd1 0-0 12. 0-0 seems fine, or 10 ... Be6 11. Qd1 Rd8 12. Bd2 and White should be able to untangle shortly.

Nice Knights. =)

Oct-17-07  BlackNightmare: cute novelty from pentala! lolllll either way white was clearly better carlsen is headed towards becoming one of the greatest attackers
Sep-29-08  sergeidave: <dabearsrock1010> Lol...
Sep-29-08  Manoloo: Certainly this was a blindfold game
