Gilmoy: Not quite -- White's R is also under attack, and has no good defense against b3-b2. Hence, I think Black can just offer up his R (since that creates "mutual threat" to both Rs), and White's lone Q can't prevent Black's K from getting next to f7 <ding!>, after which Black can eventually interpose his own Q. Examples:

53.Qh8+? Ke7 <ding!> 54.Qxh4+ Rf6 55.Qh7+ Qf7

53.Qd8+ Kg7 54.Qg5+ Kh8 55.Qxh4+? Rh7 56.Qf6+ Kg8 <ding!> 57.Qd8+ Kg7

With that in mind, Black has the wacky lifeline:

55.Qd8+ Kg7 54.Qg5+ Kh8 55.Qd8+ Rf8! <clearance sac for an eventual Qf7> 56.Qxf8+ Kh7 57.Q(e7,f5)+ K(g6,g7) <ding!>
