Kibitzer's Corner
Jul-04-09  nummerzwei: At the end of this game, Black threatens 65...h3+ 66. Kh2 Qf1 with mate.

However, 65.gxh4 is refuted by 65...Qf3+ 66.Kg1
(66.Kh2 Qxf2+ and 66.Kf1 Qd3+ are not worth considering) ...g3!
67. fxg3 (67.Rf2 g2 (also 67...Qd1+) and ...Qh3 can't be prevented; throwing in 68.Kh2 Qg4 doesn't change anything) ...Qxg3+ (also 67...Qd1+)
68.Kh1 (68.Kf1 Qd3+) ...Qe1+ and 69...Qe2+.

On move 58, the enticing 58.Rc3 hits on 58...Qd1!.
