Jul-11-09		acirce: Very hard for Black to even get serious winning chances in the 9.Nd5 line if White only wants a draw. Not saying Naiditsch did, but it seems a plausible guess.

Jul-11-09		Ulhumbrus: In the position after 24 Qxd6 the pawns are symmetrical but White threatens to capture Black's QB. The move ...Bb5 invites the fork Be6, and Black in fact loses a paen on f5 in the end, so has Black an alternative to the move ...Bb5? 24...Qc7 defends the bishop on d7. On 25 Qxc7 Rxc7 26 Ne3 fxe4 27 Bxe4 Black has still the bishop pair, but he has not conceded a pawn. This suggests that 21 Rxa5 is not good because it concedes the b2 pawn for the isolated a5 pawn. However if Black's a pawn is in fact not weak, this casts doubt on the move 13 a4.
