Kibitzer's Corner
Jun-21-18  rcs784: The opening move order is a little surprising, but this quickly transposes into what looks like a very modern French KIA-type structure, with very characteristic play.
Jun-21-18  sudoplatov: EDO ratings 1851.

Cochrane: 2614 (#13)
Bonnerjee: 2418 (#32)
Morphy: 2745 (#1)

Classical games: John Cochrane beat Bonnerjee Mohishunder 282 to 127, with 39 draws.

Dionysius1: I believe Indian chess at the time allowed only one square advance of the pawns even from the 2nd rank. That might have made 1.d3 a familiar move for Bonnerjee Mohishunder.
