Oct-04-09  Resignation Trap: Alekseev remembers: "Passed Pawns must be pushed." However, 36. h4? and 38.g7? lead to disaster as Black just snips off these protected pawns. Probsbly time pressure blunders.
Oct-05-09  outsider: yes, tigran, you guessed it right. i watched the game live (sulskis represents the team of my town), and i know sulskis personally a little little bit. aleks had roughly a minute for his moves 35-40 and erred. you will understand how i celebrated:))))))
Oct-13-09  manakin: 16.exf5 doesn't seem right, Opening the G file and allowing black to conviniently create that intimidating pawn front.

tpstar: Nice game by Black, equalizing early and castling on opposite sides. Black seemed better after 16 ... gxf5 and later opened Kingside lines nicely. 36 ... Nxh4! took advantage of the Overloaded Nf3 (37. Nxh4 Re1+) and 38 ... Rxg7! 39. Rxg7 Nxf3+ works since 40 ... Nd2+ wins the Queen.
