Kibitzer's Corner
Apr-11-10  Sularus: Did white run out of time?

43. Qxg7++ or is the score wrong?

I guess i am missing something here. =(

kingfu: I guess I will add it to my collection called "Question Games." Did white lose on time ( hard to believe)? Did Jake get an overwhelming desire for a knish or a chess steak and just walk away from a won position? Did CG pot 0-1 when they meant 1-0? Enquiring minds want to know!
Apr-14-10  zanshin: According to the tournament website http://www.philadelphiaopen.net/, Kleiman played 43.Rg6, then resigned. It still leaves questions unanswered.
Apr-17-10  asianwarrior: If ever white did play 43. Rg6, losing his rook,it become a shock to him that he lost interest in continuing the game.

White might have seen 43. Rg7 mate but his fingers trembled and drooped the rook instead at g7.
