Ulhumbrus: After 6 Nh4 White has a permanent potentisl threat of Nxf5 or Nxg6 gaining the bishop pair. One way to answer the threat is to make it unhealthy for White to open the h file. In the present game Chiburdanidze answers Cramling's attempt to profit from the opening of the h file, the move 8..Qc7, by playing 10 g3. This suggests that Black has to find another way to prepare for the capture Nxg6. One alternative to 8...Qc7 is 8..b6 eg 9 cxd4 exd5 10 Bd2 Ne4 11 Nxg6 Nxd2 12 Kxd2 hxg6
