Kibitzer's Corner
Aug-19-10  Illogic: Looks like a botched move order. Black is already in huge trouble after 8.. Nd7. 8.. Nxb3 seems to be the theory.

  tamar: if 12...fxg5 13 exd6+ Kf7 14 dxc7 Qf6 15 cxb3 keeps White in control.
Aug-20-10  luzhin: Black can reach a position in which he has two rooks for the Queen, but Her Majesty is much stronger, especially with the extra pawns. Perhaps Black could have tried 16...Bxf6 but then 17.Rd5+ Kc6 18.Rxd8 Rxd8 19.axb3 Bxb2 20.Ra2 Bh8 21.c4 bxc4 22.bxc4 Be6 23.Nd2 should be winning.

LIFE Master AJ: The position ... with White to play on move 10 ... would definitely make a great Sunday puzzle.
Feb-14-11  bubuli55: Tonight you're mine completely.
Apr-30-20  wordfunph: when interviewed by New In Chess magazine, GM Edouard pointed out this game as his best.
