Here (diagram above) Black has one move to avoid losing, and it's certainly not 39...Qxh4+?? allowing 40. Bg3+ Qe7 41. Qxe7+ Nxe7 42. Be5+ Kf7 43. Bxa6 (+6.22 @ 24 depth, Deep Fritz 14).

Instead, Black survives here (diagram above) with the forced 39...Kf8! (others lose), when play might continue 40. Qb6 Qxh4+ 41. Bg3 Qf6 42. Qc5+ Kg7 43. Bxa6 f4 44. Bh2 Qh4+ 45. Kg2 Bd7 46.
