My name may be either "s" or "z".
In fact people here are very polite and understanding. As for the game, you can see by walking in the forum pre vote, we'll force the draw. The game is boring. |

 | | AylerKupp: I think that today's Game of the Day (Aronian vs. Svidler) shows what could be done in an even position with a symmetrical pawn structure. Of course, this is a different game. |

Hao Yin vs The World, 2001
After move 24 the material is dead even but white resigned after 4 more moves.

I remember the games with Yin Hao well. They are not in the least similar. If we were unprofessional enough not to acknowlege a draw as white in the first game, he likely would not have played the second game wjich is recognized by Tim Harding as one of the best CC games ever. Wiill Var play a second game if we don't play Qxh3??

Nov-26-11
 | | AylerKupp: <DPLeo> Well, of course, material isn't the only consideration. Much (most?) depends onl the dynamics of the position, actual or potential. And every game is different. I'm still away and wont have access to my analysis until tonight so I won't make up my mind until tomorrow, even though it may not matter by then. This is obviously a pivotal point in the game so I urge everyone to hold off on their voting and seriously consider ther decision, whatever that turns out to be. |
