  chessgames.com: Greetings Chess Fans

First, please note that we normally don't cover tiebreaks because the accelerated time control is hard to manage with our simple system of HTML refresh. But we've decided to try it anyhow, at least for this one round. Just keep slapping your "refresh" button, and the action should come fast and furious.

Next, please note that the drawing of lots for coloration does not take place until early this morning. Therefore we're not sure who has white. If we have it backwards we'll flip the colors at the last minute.

The game starts at 5:00am USA/Eastern time, or 11:00am CET. Hope to see you then.

vonKrolock: It's a tablebase draw (without the h Pawns) - with them, is also a draw, I believe :)
Aug-30-11  kellmano: Even I can see it's a draw here. White cannot promote his h-pawn against a lone king.
Aug-30-11  Strongest Force: I guess the white king can't fly like Superman
