Marmot PFL: <Domdaniel> It seems like she has repeated the position a couple times without finding the win. It's hard with so little time.
Sep-07-11  indoknight: i analysis in endgame database in www.shredderchess.com ,Black should have sealed victory

kellmano: You can see in the video she knows it's won, as does Lenier.
Sep-07-11  Jeffsteeven: Many mistakes in this endgame by Polgar I suppose this is because she hasn't got a lot of time to think it

Marmot PFL: In fact position may have repeated 3 times, but I wonder if white could know that.
Sep-07-11  nuwanda: come on Bf1....
Sep-07-11  indoknight: black have definitely victory. but Polgar still did not understand how to put an end to this game

Domdaniel: <Marmot> Funny, I thought the position looked oddly familiar. The signals are very conflicting right now --- "She knows it's won" ... "She's repeating" ...
Sep-07-11  jmi: This is still winning. The White Rook must be forced off the g-file. Black must waste a tempo with Rb6 threatening Ra6. It looks Polgar needs to watch Karsten Muller's Endgame DVD 4. This is going to hurt.... :)

Rook to the right then to the left, force the White Rook to the f-file or h-file so the bishop can cover the long diagonals later with Bf1 or Bf5.

Sep-07-11  kia0708: indoknight, I think there is no analysis of the game, you just advertising that website

Marmot PFL: Finally she finds Bf1! as someone said the key move
Sep-07-11  paavoh: Looks to be now won by Polgar, she has now played 109.Bd3, and Black can resign.
Sep-07-11  indoknight: go to endgame database, make the same position with this match , and i dont advertising www.shredderchess.com !

Strongest Force: Maybe she will be demoted to IM if she does not win :)
Sep-07-11  Jeffsteeven: Now there's mate by Polgar. Go Judit!
Sep-07-11  karban: I trhink she have to put kings on different ranks.

Marmot PFL: Evidently the same position did occur 3 times, but once with black to move and twice with white so that is not draw.
Sep-07-11  paavoh: Well done Judit, a mate in 5 was inevitable.
Sep-07-11  arkansaw: ah we saw Polgar write history :))
Sep-07-11  nuwanda: yeahhhhh.....
Sep-07-11  Jeffsteeven: Judit won on time!!!1
Sep-07-11  indoknight: <kia0708> go to endgame database , make the same position with this match. you will know... you've done this , kia0708 ?
Sep-07-11  Edmontonchessclub: Woohoo! What a fighter!
Sep-07-11  Chuckles: <Marmot PFL>I think there was a repetition with black to move each time (after white's 95, 105, 107).
Sep-07-11  eternaloptimist: It's a mate in 5 now @ her 112th move.
