 | | Marmot PFL: Until move 30 almost nothing was traded yet by move 45 almost all the pieces were gone. I wonder why the players, white in particular, decided to do that. White could try e4 at some point or if that was too risky than 39 Rdc1 and 40 Bb5 with Rc7 and things aren't that easy for black. |

 | | boz: Aronian played as if he was waiting for Nakamura to lunge. When it didn't happen he made a half-hearted attempt to take the initiative but lost heart or energy and traded down. |

| Sep-28-11 | | kia0708: HeMateMe, why do you call them (Aronian, Naka) patzers ? Right now Anand (No.2) and Carlsen (No. 1) take the last two places.
Both have no wins after several games. |

 | | tpstar: This is Nakamura's first database game with the D94 Grunfeld. Two games went 1. Nf3 d5 2. c4 and he played 2 ... d4 = Repertoire Explorer: Hikaru Nakamura (black) instead of 2 ... c6 and 4 ... g6. If Nakamura can rotate the Grunfeld with the KID and QGD and Dutch, opponents will have a much harder time preparing for him. |

"Sometimes it is good to play like Kamsky. After all, most people think he is better than me anyway! :) Time to enjoy the rest day." - Hikaru Nakamura

 | | boz: <Jambow> No, I hadn't heard that. Glad to know I wasn't being too unfairly hard on Aronian. An ingenious player who, I have noted, is only a fraction behind Anand on the live rating list. http://www.2700chess.com/ |
