|Nov-26-11|| ||HeMateMe: Horrible pun.|
|Nov-26-11|| ||WiseWizard: Please change this pun, this games is way too for good for this pun.|
|Nov-26-11|| ||Billy Vaughan: <30. Nxg6! and winning, now that's the beauty!>|
Wow, that line's amazing.

|Nov-27-11|| ||Ulhumbrus: <bischopper: hello everyone its my first time>|
<I want to know what is the manoubre lucerna >
The google translator translates the words <manobre lucerna> from Portuguese into English as the words <Lucerne manoeuvre>
Do you mean something called the Lucerne manoeuvre, or do you mean the Lucena position in Rook and pawn endings?
|Nov-27-11|| ||Everyone: <bischopper> We've all been there!|
|Nov-27-11|| ||cludi: good game, Levon!|
|Nov-28-11|| ||kevin86: The array of pawns lead to a second queen. (or maybe even a third)|
|Dec-03-11|| ||tal7: It's hard to find the next move after 42. Qxh4. The purpose of this is actually to make passed h-pawn. awesome!|
|Dec-03-11|| ||LIFE Master AJ: This is THE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
most incredible game ... its also a Grunfeld Defense/Opening system.|
It will probably be the sister game to my November "Game of The Month." (Nakamura vs Svidler, 2011)
|Dec-03-11|| ||LIFE Master AJ: ***SIGH!!!!!!!*** Another pun that I don't get ...|
|Dec-03-11|| ||Colonel Mortimer: Someone forgot their medication|
|Dec-03-11|| ||LIFE Master AJ: I don't take meds, you do.
But I don't know why you bother, since your frontal lobotomy Vince Jefferson, you really don't need them.
|Dec-04-11|| ||FSR: <arsen387: Aronian on after-the-game press conference said that if 24... b6 then he calculated and was going to play the Q sac 25. Qxd6 Rxd6 26. bxc6 Rd8 (26... Qc7 27. Gorgeous! This beautiful game has a horrid pun.
|Dec-04-11|| ||FSR: According to Avrukh (p. 217 of Vol. 1 of his recent treatise on the Gruenfeld), after 16...Bxf3 17.Qxf3 Qxf3 18.gxf3 Rad8 19.Be4 Bxb2 20.Rxd8 Rxd8 21.Rc2 Ba3 22.Bxc6 bxc6 23.Rxc6 f6, "Black has equalized comfortably, Portisch-Arakhamia-Grant, Roquebrune 1998."|

As you know, the U.S. doesn't have universal healthcare. Many poor people who desperately need anti-psychotic medication can't afford to buy it.
|Dec-04-11|| ||LIFE Master AJ: I expect you are referring to your own inability to purchase the drugs that you so obviously and desperately need. |
As a Christian ... AND and ex-cop ... I try not to do drugs, even when (maybe) the doctor wants me to take them.
I did without driving for several years, because I did not want to take meds. And I do not regret it one bit. ALL drugs have nasty side effects. I love it when a Doctor tells you that there MIGHT be a tiny chance of liver failure ... go gamble with your innards, not mine. (Last I checked, you need a liver to live.)
|Dec-04-11|| ||King Death: <AJ> But you're an addict. You need the drug of attention. Without it you'd wither up and die.|
This game had a lot of interesting tactics.
|Dec-05-11|| ||LIFE Master AJ: A BRILLIANT game by Aronian, in a year or so, I expect this to be a Saturday or Sunday puzzle ... ... ...|
|Dec-05-11|| ||moronovich: <I try not to do drugs, even when (maybe) the doctor wants me to take them.>|
Listen to the doctor <AJ>.
But perhaps he has given up.Too.
|Dec-05-11|| ||TheFocus: Don't do the drugs <AJ>.|
They might make you normal and then you would become a decent person, who listens to criticism with Christian charity in your heart. You would become a person with humility...
Hey, who am I kidding? ALL the meds in the world wouldn't help you!

LIFE Master AJ: Nakamura vs Ivanchuk, 2011
Since the Akobian game is drawn, I have an analysis task for you ... IF you are interested.
In the above game, after 10...e5!; would you care to do an analysis of 11.Bd6!? winning the exchange.
Both players by-passed this possibility, esp. White. (So I assume there might be a reason for this!?!?)
RandomVisitor: <LMAJ>Ok, I will take a look.>
RandomVisitor: <LMAJ>after 11.Bd6 early results show <Rybka4.1> [-0.01] d=22 11...exd4 12.Bxf8 dxc3 13.Bxg7 cxb2 14.Rc2 Kxg7 15.Rxb2 b5 16.Be2 a6 17.Nf3 c5 18.0-0 roughly even.
If we slide forward to 15.Rxb2, we have [+0.00] d=27 15...b5 16.Be2 a6 17.Nf3 c5 18.0-0 Qe7 19.a4 b4 20.Qa1 Kg8 21.Rd1 Ne4 22.Rc2 Bb7 23.a5 h6 24.Bc4 Re8 25.Qb2 Nc3 26.Rxc3 Bxf3 27.gxf3
|Dec-07-11|| ||LIFE Master AJ: Looks like the exchange sack was worth more exploring ... not sure how much of this both players saw OTB.|
|Jan-03-12|| ||Penguincw: A knight sacrifice pays off for Aronian (literally, as in prize money).|
