  Ulhumbrus: The move 4...Qb6?! develops the Queen early.

An alternative to 5 Nb3 is to offer a pawn sacrifice by the developing move 5 Be3 eg 5...Qxb2 6 Nd2 after which White has three minor pieces developed to none on Black's part as in the game O De la Riva Aguado vs L Williams, 2004
