Wasn't 27...Ng4 a better try?

I don't know what the comps say about it, but it looks like it leads to interesting play for black

May-06-12  balzarius: Black was seemingly in severe time-trouble,which doesn't justify,of course,this awful move.Overall quite a poor game.
May-07-12  310metaltrader: it looked like a sacrifice to me, for lame passed pawn. not sure i understand the idea, i would never have done it.
