Zkid: 91...Rf3 would have lost to 92. Ke6!

ecause the h-pawn ensures the f-pawn advances e.g. 92...Ra3 93. f6 Ra6+ 94. Ke7 Ra7+ 95. Kf8 Kg6 96. h7!! Rxh7 97. Kg8 and f7. Instead 91...Ra1, preventing an upcoming Vancura position, keeps it drawn.

97...Ra7+? also was losing. Black can simply play 97...Kxh6! with nothing to fear from 98. f6 Ra7+ 99. Re7 Ra8.

Both 98. Kf8 and Re7?! (the move played) win in the game. Kf8 is an easier win but white was ok until 99. f6? was played.

White has a tricky win by 99. Re8!

ith a zugzwang idea; if Ra7+ is ever played with the white rook on the e file, Kf8 wins thanks to <Chessical's> line. Black's best shot is 99...Ra6 100. Re1! when 100...Kxh6 is impossible (the idea) and white intends 101. f6. After 99...Ra5/4 etc White can play 100. f6 (which draws after 99...Ra6)
