Jul-06-12		offramp: By move 11 white has given up his queen for three pieces; I wish we had seen this kind of opening variation in the Anand-Gelfand match. click for larger view White develops in a classical way: click for larger view By move 23 white pieces are swarming around the black king... click for larger view Black's queen was ineffectual throughout the game. Black never got going at all. A very annoying game for Li Chao who probably smashed up his hotel room and fired drunken shots at his colleagues in the bar later on.
