Sep-13-12		waustad: From about move 36 on this seems to fit the description Susan Polgar was talking about when she said "a 1600 player knows that it is a draw." I've been looking for the proposal she was supporting for top events with no luck, but it said something like a draw should only be allowed if: 1. 3 fold repeats. 2. insufficient material for mate 3. any 1600 player knows how to draw
