offramp: Perhaps I've led a sheltered life - but the only Scandinavian Game I've ever seen where black does reasonably well is Karpov vs Larsen, 1979. Apart from that all I've seen is black loss after loss after loss.

PhilFeeley: Tiviakov uses it. I don't know how successfully, but he's the only high rated player who plays it often.

offramp: Tiviakov has played 1,207 games with the Scandinavian and drawn once. The rest are losses.
