Kibitzer's Corner
Jul-29-14  zanzibar: Black has one move to keep even here, and 21...Qb3 isn't it:

What's interesting to me is how deep the play can go, with engines giving White a huge eval, but still even material, e.g.

22...Re8 23.Ba5 Na6 24.e6 Nf8 25.exf7+ Kxf7 26.Ng5+ Kg8 27.Qg4 h6 28.Ne4 Ra8 29.Bc3 Nb4 30.h5 Na2

Clearly White has decisive K-side attack, and Black's pieces are incoherent.

The ending could have been much more stylish if Black had played the strongest defense with 25...Nd7:

25...Nd7 26.Ng5 Rf8 27.Bxf8 Ne5 28.Qf6 Kxf8 29.Ne6+ Ke8 30.Qd8#

And White, who not only didn't stop to capture Black's knight on d7, doesn't even need his own rook (really, you can take it off the board).

Jul-30-14  zanzibar: Now, as to the question - who actually won this game - apparently <CG> is hedging its bets by having two versions of this game.

J Sriram vs A Adly, 2014

CG <gid> / Winner / Result

1760314 Black 0-1
1759547 White 1-0

Why two results?

Well, we have a final position that says White wins, while FIDE's official results says Black won.

The best explanation is that White flagged, just two moves shy of mate. Remember, this is Blitz y'all.

By the way, I wasn't the only one who thought the ending of this game interesting - MatoJelic has a video on it:

He claims Black resigned at the end. And maybe this is from FIDE's initial release. But I find it hard to argue against the final standings as they are currently published.
